Les amendements \u00e0 la loi ta\u00efwanaise sur la pr\u00e9vention des risques li\u00e9s au tabac, interdisant les produits de vapotage et limitant le tabac chauff\u00e9, auront un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la sant\u00e9 publique.<\/h3>\n

La loi modifi\u00e9e sur la pr\u00e9vention des risques li\u00e9s au tabac<\/a> (\u83f8\u5bb3\u9632\u5236\u6cd5), a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e et interdit la vente, la fabrication et la fourniture de produits de vapotage. De plus, la mesure rel\u00e8ve l'\u00e2ge l\u00e9gal pour fumer de 18 \u00e0 20 ans, et la proportion d'avertissements sur le tabac passerait de 351 \u00e0 501 TP3T sur les paquets de cigarettes.<\/p>\n

Produits \u00e0 base de tabac chauff\u00e9<\/a> Les produits du tabac chauff\u00e9 (HTP) seraient soumis \u00e0 une r\u00e9glementation plus stricte et leur publicit\u00e9 serait interdite. Les fabricants ou importateurs de produits du tabac chauff\u00e9 devront soumettre un rapport d'\u00e9valuation des risques pour la sant\u00e9 avant de pouvoir obtenir un permis de vente. Toute personne prise en flagrant d\u00e9lit de violation de cette r\u00e8gle pourrait \u00eatre confront\u00e9e \u00e0 une lourde amende de 1450 millions de NTTP.<\/p>\n
