Le pays a adopt\u00e9 une loi interdisant totalement le vapotage, mais a choisi d&#039;\u00eatre plus indulgent envers les produits du tabac chauff\u00e9 et a autoris\u00e9 la vente continue de produits du tabac (malgr\u00e9 quelques restrictions mineures sur leur usage).<\/h4>\n<p>L&#039;Alliance mondiale des vapoteurs (WVA) affirme que \u2019<i>amplifie la voix des vapoteurs du monde entier et leur donne les moyens d&#039;agir dans leurs communaut\u00e9s. Nos membres sont des associations de vapoteurs et des vapoteurs individuels du monde entier.<\/i>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Son directeur est Michael Landl. Autrichien, il est bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Vienne. Expert en politiques publiques et vapoteur passionn\u00e9, il a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#039;Universit\u00e9 de Saint-Gall et a travaill\u00e9 pour plusieurs organismes de politique publique ainsi que pour le Parlement allemand.<\/p>\n<p>Le pouvoir l\u00e9gislatif ta\u00efwanais a approuv\u00e9 une interdiction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du vapotage et des restrictions suppl\u00e9mentaires concernant les produits alternatifs de r\u00e9duction des risques. En troisi\u00e8me lecture, le Yuan l\u00e9gislatif a vot\u00e9 en faveur des amendements \u00e0 la \u2018\u00a0Loi sur la pr\u00e9vention des risques li\u00e9s au tabac\u00a0\u2019 visant \u00e0 interdire les cigarettes \u00e9lectroniques, \u00e0 r\u00e9glementer l&#039;usage des produits du tabac chauff\u00e9 et \u00e0 relever l&#039;\u00e2ge l\u00e9gal pour fumer de 18 \u00e0 20\u00a0ans.<\/p>\n<p>La nouvelle l\u00e9gislation ne mentionne pas directement le vapotage, mais introduit plut\u00f4t le terme \u201c<i>produits similaires au tabac<\/i>\u201dLa fabrication, la vente et la distribution de ces produits seront d\u00e9sormais strictement interdites.
