Cette \u00e9valuation porte sur quatre domaines\u00a0: la conformit\u00e9 et l&#039;application de la r\u00e9glementation, les r\u00e9glementations et les lignes directrices, l&#039;examen des demandes et la communication avec le public et les parties prenantes. Bien que la FDA ne soit pas tenue de suivre ces recommandations, certains esp\u00e9raient qu&#039;elles pourraient engendrer des changements positifs.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alors que <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/reaganudall.org\/operational-evaluation-fdas-human-foods-programs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ce rapport<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Malgr\u00e9 les nombreuses failles de la FDA, celle-ci persiste \u00e0 brandir la m\u00eame rh\u00e9torique anti-vapotage chez les jeunes \u00e0 laquelle on s&#039;attend d\u00e9sormais. Nombreux sont les vapoteurs, comme moi, qui nourrissaient de l&#039;espoir, mais sans grande conviction quant \u00e0 l&#039;impact de ces conclusions. Il est en effet difficile de rester optimiste quand la FDA campe sur ses positions.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fid\u00e8le \u00e0 ses habitudes, la FDA a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 sa position sur les cigarettes \u00e9lectroniques deux semaines plus tard. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FDATobacco\/status\/1605282391853076480?s=20&amp;t=z9QNHqW8s768cRiQZLHi9g\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">republier trois vid\u00e9os<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Des vid\u00e9os expliquent comment rep\u00e9rer les signes d&#039;une possible d\u00e9pendance au tabac ou au vapotage chez les adolescents. Elles pr\u00e9sentent la Dre Deepa Camenda, professeure \u00e0 Yale, et la Dre Susan Walley, de la section de lutte antitabac de l&#039;Acad\u00e9mie am\u00e9ricaine de p\u00e9diatrie. Ces vid\u00e9os, pour le moins \u00e9tranges, abordent divers sujets, allant des difficult\u00e9s scolaires aux comportements agressifs. Elles affirment \u00e9galement que les adolescents qui vapotent pourraient souffrir de sifflements respiratoires fr\u00e9quents, de fatigue importante ou de toux chronique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La FDA semble toujours d\u00e9termin\u00e9e \u00e0 semer la confusion dans l&#039;opinion publique en avertissant les parents de se m\u00e9fier des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 caus\u00e9s par le THC du march\u00e9 noir., <\/span><b><i>PAS<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> vapotage de nicotine. Ce message, qu&#039;ils pr\u00e9tendent constamment destin\u00e9 aux jeunes, cible clairement les parents qui pourraient potentiellement utiliser ces options de r\u00e9duction des risques s&#039;ils sont fumeurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces mesures de la FDA, bien que d\u00e9cevantes, ne surprennent pas la communaut\u00e9 des vapoteurs.
