{"id":1671,"date":"2022-07-16T04:35:05","date_gmt":"2022-07-16T08:35:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/?p=1671"},"modified":"2022-08-05T04:36:13","modified_gmt":"2022-08-05T08:36:13","slug":"huge-public-response-on-big-shake-up-of-eu-tobacco-laws","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/fr_be\/huge-public-response-on-big-shake-up-of-eu-tobacco-laws\/","title":{"rendered":"Forte r\u00e9action du public face \u00e0 la refonte majeure des lois europ\u00e9ennes sur le tabac"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une \u00e9crasante majorit\u00e9 des citoyens de l\u2019UE qui ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 une initiative de la Commission europ\u00e9enne d\u00e9clarent soutenir les produits de r\u00e9duction des risques li\u00e9s au tabac.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;\u00ab appel \u00e0 contributions \u00bb de la Commission sur le cadre l\u00e9gislatif de la lutte antitabac a re\u00e7u un niveau de retour sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, les consommateurs d&#039;alternatives aux produits du tabac (vapotage, tabac chauff\u00e9 et sachets de nicotine par voie orale) ayant fait entendre leur voix en grand nombre.<\/p>\n<p>Plus de 24 000 citoyens de l&#039;UE ont r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 l&#039;appel lanc\u00e9 par la Commission dans le cadre de son \u00e9valuation en cours de ce \u00e0 quoi ressembleront les futures lois europ\u00e9ennes sur le tabac gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la r\u00e9vision de la directive sur les produits du tabac.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eat massif suscit\u00e9 par cette question pourrait surprendre certains et mettre la Commission europ\u00e9enne sur la d\u00e9fensive, car certains estiment qu&#039;elle n&#039;a pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 soutenir la \u00ab r\u00e9duction des risques li\u00e9s au tabac \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>La consultation publique de quatre semaines, du 20 mai au 17 juin, a enregistr\u00e9 l\u2019un des plus grands nombres de r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 une consultation jamais organis\u00e9e. En moyenne, les appels de cette dur\u00e9e re\u00e7oivent environ 354 contributions. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, seul l\u2019\u00ab appel \u00e0 contributions \u00bb pour un euro num\u00e9rique pour l\u2019Europe a re\u00e7u une r\u00e9ponse d\u2019une ampleur similaire, mais n\u2019a toujours pas atteint la barre des 20 000 contributions, bien qu\u2019il se soit d\u00e9roul\u00e9 sur une p\u00e9riode plus longue (10 semaines).<\/p>\n<p>Sur les 24 000 contributions re\u00e7ues, plus de 901 TP3T \u00e9manaient de citoyens europ\u00e9ens, ce qui montre \u00e0 quel point cette question est une priorit\u00e9 pour l&#039;opinion publique europ\u00e9enne.
