L\u2019organisation la qualifie de \u201c<i>politique malavis\u00e9e<\/i>\u201d, d\u00e9clench\u00e9e par un incident tragique impliquant une cigarette \u00e9lectronique au THC du march\u00e9 noir, et qui ne fera qu&#039;exacerber le v\u00e9ritable probl\u00e8me\u00a0: le march\u00e9 noir non r\u00e9glement\u00e9 des produits dangereux.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Selon les donn\u00e9es actuelles, la Bulgarie a le taux de tabagisme le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de l&#039;Union europ\u00e9enne \u2013 \u00e0 37%, soit 50% de plus que la moyenne de l&#039;UE.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;Alliance mondiale des vapoteurs affirme que malgr\u00e9 ces statistiques alarmantes, les responsables politiques bulgares ont choisi de supprimer un outil de r\u00e9duction des risques qui a fait ses preuves et qui aide les fumeurs \u00e0 arr\u00eater. Au lieu de s&#039;attaquer au probl\u00e8me \u00e0 la source \u2013 les produits ill\u00e9gaux et non r\u00e9glement\u00e9s \u2013 le gouvernement a opt\u00e9 pour une politique qui incitera les vapoteurs adultes \u00e0 reprendre le tabac ou \u00e0 se tourner vers le march\u00e9 noir, ajoute-t-elle.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Landl, directeur de la World Vapers&#039; Alliance, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : \u2019<i>Cette interdiction est non seulement irrationnelle, mais aussi dangereuse. Interdire les produits de vapotage r\u00e9glement\u00e9s ne r\u00e9soudra pas le probl\u00e8me des cigarettes \u00e9lectroniques ill\u00e9gales\u00a0; au contraire, cela l\u2019aggravera. Le d\u00e9c\u00e8s tragique d\u2019un adolescent \u00e0 Pleven a \u00e9t\u00e9 caus\u00e9 par une cigarette \u00e9lectronique contenant du THC achet\u00e9e au march\u00e9 noir, et non par des produits l\u00e9gaux \u00e0 base de nicotine.
