Cet amendement interdit de fumer ou de vapoter \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 d&#039;autres personnes en ext\u00e9rieur sans leur consentement explicite, \u00e0 moins de cinq m\u00e8tres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Michael Landl, directeur de l&#039;Alliance mondiale des vapoteurs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a expliqu\u00e9 que cette mesure nuirait en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 \u00e0 la population au lieu de la prot\u00e9ger et qu&#039;elle serait de surcro\u00eet inapplicable\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c\u00a0Il n\u2019existe aucun fondement scientifique au \u2018vapotage passif\u2019, ce qui rend l\u2019interdiction du vapotage en ext\u00e9rieur pour des raisons de sant\u00e9 publique totalement illogique. Assimiler le vapotage au tabagisme ne fait que perp\u00e9tuer la fausse id\u00e9e qu\u2019ils pr\u00e9sentent des risques similaires, dissuadant ainsi les fumeurs de se tourner vers une alternative moins nocive. De plus, comment une telle r\u00e8gle de distanciation sociale de 5 m\u00e8tres pourrait-elle \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e\u00a0?
