{"id":5239,"date":"2023-11-23T07:49:06","date_gmt":"2023-11-23T12:49:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/?p=5239"},"modified":"2023-11-30T07:51:54","modified_gmt":"2023-11-30T12:51:54","slug":"scotland-proposes-generational-vape-ban","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/fr\/scotland-proposes-generational-vape-ban\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#039;\u00c9cosse propose une interdiction g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle du vapotage"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le gouvernement \u00e9cossais a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&#039;il envisageait de relever l&#039;\u00e2ge l\u00e9gal de vente des cigarettes \u00e9lectroniques, en parall\u00e8le de l&#039;interdiction de fumer interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle actuellement en consultation au Royaume-Uni.<\/p>\n<p>Dans son nouveau cadre r\u00e9glementaire sur le tabac et le vapotage publi\u00e9 jeudi, le gouvernement a ajout\u00e9 qu&#039;il continuerait \u00e0 renforcer les restrictions en durcissant les r\u00e8gles relatives \u00e0 la publicit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la promotion des produits de vapotage, en fonction des r\u00e9sultats de sa consultation de 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Le cadre propose \u00e9galement d&#039;\u00e9ventuelles restrictions suppl\u00e9mentaires sur les produits de vapotage en fonction des r\u00e9sultats de la consultation men\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9chelle du Royaume-Uni, \u00e0 laquelle participe le gouvernement \u00e9cossais.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c La consultation men\u00e9e actuellement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du Royaume-Uni porte exclusivement sur le rel\u00e8vement de l\u2019\u00e2ge l\u00e9gal de vente du tabac.
