Le gouvernement est actuellement en train de transposer l&#039;acte d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de l&#039;UE relatif \u00e0 la directive sur les produits du tabac dans la l\u00e9gislation nationale sur les produits du tabac chauff\u00e9s, y compris plusieurs dispositions sur le vapotage qui ne figuraient pas dans l&#039;acte d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 initial.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Ces mesures constituent un recul dans l&#039;adoption d&#039;une approche ouverte et fond\u00e9e sur des preuves concernant les produits alternatifs \u00e0 la nicotine et dissuaderont les fumeurs de passer \u00e0 cette alternative plus s\u00fbre, poussant ainsi de nombreux vapoteurs \u00e0 retourner au tabagisme, affirme l&#039;Alliance mondiale des vapoteurs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Le projet de loi n\u00b0 88\/XV vise \u00e0 \u00e9tendre les restrictions des zones sans fum\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#039;utilisation des produits de vapotage \u2013 interdisant de fait le vapotage dans les espaces ext\u00e9rieurs tels que les terrasses des bars et restaurants \u2013 et \u00e0 restreindre la vente de produits de vapotage en interdisant les ventes en ligne.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Alberto G\u00f3mez Hern\u00e1ndez, responsable de la communaut\u00e9 de la World Vapers&#039; Alliance, a comment\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201c<em><strong>Au lieu de rendre plus difficile l&#039;acc\u00e8s des fumeurs \u00e0 des produits nicotiniques plus s\u00fbrs, le Portugal devrait suivre l&#039;exemple des pays qui r\u00e9ussissent \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les taux de tabagisme en encourageant les fumeurs \u00e0 passer \u00e0 des produits moins nocifs.,<\/strong> comme au Royaume-Uni et en Su\u00e8de. Interdire la vente en ligne de produits de vapotage ne laisse que le tabagisme comme seule option pour ceux qui n&#039;ont pas d&#039;autres points de vente de produits nicotin\u00e9s \u00e0 proximit\u00e9.<\/em>&quot;<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">La loi introduit l&#039;interdiction de la vente en ligne de cigarettes \u00e9lectroniques afin de rendre plus difficile l&#039;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 ces produits pour les mineurs.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00ab<em>Le gouvernement portugais devrait plut\u00f4t s&#039;attacher \u00e0 emp\u00eacher les mineurs d&#039;acc\u00e9der \u00e0 ces produits tout en les maintenant disponibles pour les fumeurs adultes. Des mesures telles que la v\u00e9rification de l&#039;\u00e2ge \u00e0 la livraison permettraient d&#039;emp\u00eacher la vente aux mineurs tout en garantissant l&#039;acc\u00e8s aux produits pour les adultes.,<\/em>\u201d\u00a0\u00bb a ajout\u00e9 G\u00f3mez Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201c<em>Le vapotage est diff\u00e9rent du tabagisme et ne doit pas \u00eatre trait\u00e9 de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re. Cela ne ferait qu&#039;alimenter l&#039;id\u00e9e fausse selon laquelle les cigarettes \u00e9lectroniques sont aussi nocives que les cigarettes classiques et compliquerait la transition pour un plus grand nombre de personnes.
