Que compte-t-elle faire pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cette situation ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les professionnels de la sant\u00e9 ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une grande confiance en la FDA et supposent que si un produit est approuv\u00e9 par la FDA, c&#039;est qu&#039;il a d\u00fb passer un examen rigoureux et suivre un processus de tests strict pour obtenir cette approbation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cependant, ces derniers temps, malgr\u00e9 l&#039;avis des professionnels de la sant\u00e9, le grand public se montre moins convaincu par les d\u00e9cisions de la FDA. De nombreux consommateurs de cigarettes \u00e9lectroniques font part de leurs inqui\u00e9tudes aux vendeurs des boutiques sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es. Leur inqui\u00e9tude porte principalement sur la gestion de la proc\u00e9dure PMTA, qui les terrifie \u00e0 l&#039;id\u00e9e de se voir retirer leur moyen de r\u00e9duction des risques, alors que les cigarettes classiques restent disponibles dans les stations-service, les sup\u00e9rettes et m\u00eame certains supermarch\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arr\u00eater de fumer est extr\u00eamement difficile. Les anciens fumeurs adultes qui utilisent maintenant des produits de vapotage pour \u00e9viter les cigarettes classiques savent combien il a \u00e9t\u00e9 difficile de trouver une solution qui leur convienne.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quiconque a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait l&#039;exp\u00e9rience sait que tous les ar\u00f4mes et tous les dispositifs ne se valent pas. La plupart craignent que la perte de leur m\u00e9thode de r\u00e9duction des risques pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e les pousse \u00e0 recommencer \u00e0 fumer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Reagan-Udall <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/reaganudall.org\/operational-evaluation-fdas-tobacco-program\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">revoir<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Le Centre des produits du tabac a clairement indiqu\u00e9 que la FDA doit fournir des explications sur la mani\u00e8re dont elle d\u00e9termine ce qui est appropri\u00e9 pour la protection de la sant\u00e9 publique (APPH) et sur la mani\u00e8re dont elle est parvenue \u00e0 cette conclusion en d\u00e9tail, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que la prise de d\u00e9cision jusqu&#039;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent semble \u00eatre en conflit avec les donn\u00e9es et les connaissances scientifiques actuelles sur le vapotage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les consommateurs sont d\u00e9sormais sceptiques quant aux informations \u00e9manant de la FDA, car ils estiment sinc\u00e8rement qu&#039;une agence qui ne se soucie pas de savoir s&#039;ils sont contraints de recommencer \u00e0 fumer des cigarettes ne peut en aucun cas se soucier de leur sant\u00e9 et de leur bien-\u00eatre en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cela place la FDA dans une situation d\u00e9licate, car elle est charg\u00e9e de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en prot\u00e9geant la sant\u00e9 publique en assurant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 et la s\u00fbret\u00e9 des m\u00e9dicaments \u00e0 usage humain et v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaire, des produits biologiques et des dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux ; et en assurant la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&#039;approvisionnement alimentaire, des cosm\u00e9tiques et des produits \u00e9mettant des radiations de notre pays.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les vapoteurs adultes s&#039;inqui\u00e8tent \u00e9galement du fait que, s&#039;ils ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 vapoter avec 24 mg de nicotine, par exemple, et utilisent maintenant 6 mg, le CTP n&#039;a approuv\u00e9 les demandes d&#039;autorisation de mise sur le march\u00e9 (PMTA) que pour des dosages de 25 ou 50 mg, et ils ne souhaitent pas consommer une telle quantit\u00e9 de nicotine.
