Les amendements apport\u00e9s \u00e0 la loi ta\u00efwanaise sur la pr\u00e9vention des risques li\u00e9s au tabac, interdisant les produits de vapotage et restreignant le tabac chauff\u00e9, auront un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la sant\u00e9 publique.<\/h3>\n

La loi modifi\u00e9e sur la pr\u00e9vention des risques li\u00e9s au tabac<\/a> La loi sur la lutte contre le vapotage (\u83f8\u5bb3\u9632\u5236\u6cd5) a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e et interdit la vente, la fabrication et la distribution de produits de vapotage. De plus, cette mesure rel\u00e8ve l'\u00e2ge l\u00e9gal pour fumer de 18 \u00e0 20 ans et augmente la proportion d'avertissements sanitaires sur les paquets de cigarettes, qui passe de 351 \u00e0 501.<\/p>\n

Produits du tabac chauff\u00e9<\/a> Les produits du tabac chauff\u00e9 (PTC) seraient soumis \u00e0 une r\u00e9glementation plus stricte et leur publicit\u00e9 serait interdite. Les fabricants et importateurs de PTC devront soumettre un rapport d'\u00e9valuation des risques sanitaires pour obtenir une autorisation de mise sur le march\u00e9. Toute personne contrevenant \u00e0 cette r\u00e9glementation s'exposerait \u00e0 une amende pouvant atteindre 1\u00a0550\u00a0000 NT$.<\/p>\n
