\u00c0 la mi-mai, un s\u00e9isme a secou\u00e9 le secteur espagnol du vapotage\u00a0: le gouvernement a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un projet de loi visant \u00e0 mettre fin au secteur ind\u00e9pendant du vapotage en Espagne. Ce texte pr\u00e9voit de limiter la vente de produits de vapotage aux bureaux de tabac d'\u00c9tat d'ici cinq ans. Les boutiques sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es ne pourront poursuivre leur activit\u00e9 qu'\u00e0 condition de se transformer en bureaux de tabac agr\u00e9\u00e9s, ce qui les obligerait \u00e0 vendre \u00e9galement des produits combustibles. Le projet de loi interdirait par ailleurs la vente en ligne de produits de vapotage.<\/p>\n

Lors d'une r\u00e9cente conf\u00e9rence, Angeles Muntadas-Prim Lafita, pr\u00e9sidente de l'Association espagnole de soutien aux vapoteurs (ANESVAP), a expliqu\u00e9 que le projet de loi propos\u00e9 visait \u00e0 monopoliser le march\u00e9 de la nicotine. \u201c Un pays membre du march\u00e9 commun europ\u00e9en veut monopoliser un march\u00e9 libre et ind\u00e9pendant. C'est comme un retour \u00e0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 l'Espagne n'\u00e9tait m\u00eame pas une d\u00e9mocratie, voire \u00e0 l'Inquisition espagnole \u201d, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Muntadas-Prim Lafita estimait peu probable que les propri\u00e9taires de boutiques de vapotage vendent des produits combustibles. En revanche, les bureaux de tabac traditionnels pourraient, selon la r\u00e9glementation envisag\u00e9e, proposer ou non des produits de vapotage. \u201c\u00a0Ce serait pr\u00e9judiciable aux consommateurs qui seraient contraints de se rendre chez un buraliste pour se procurer leurs produits de vapotage \u2013 ou du moins autant qu'ils le pourraient, car il reviendrait au buraliste de d\u00e9cider de ce qu'il vendrait\u00a0\u201d, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9. \u201c\u00a0De plus, les fumeurs qui utilisent le vapotage pour arr\u00eater des produits plus dangereux pourraient \u00eatre tent\u00e9s de racheter des produits combustibles. C'est comme imposer la tenue d'une r\u00e9union des Alcooliques Anonymes dans un magasin d'alcool.\u00a0\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
