L&#039;agence a annonc\u00e9 une<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/news-events\/press-announcements\/fda-doj-seek-permanent-injunctions-against-six-e-cigarette-manufacturers?utm_source=CTPTwitter&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_campaign=ctp-enforcement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> communiqu\u00e9 de presse conjoint<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> avec le minist\u00e8re de la Justice mardi dernier, le 18 octobre.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00e8me<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selon la FDA, \u201c chacun de ces accus\u00e9s n&#039;a pas soumis de demandes d&#039;autorisation de mise sur le march\u00e9 pour ses cigarettes \u00e9lectroniques et a continu\u00e9 \u00e0 fabriquer, vendre et distribuer ill\u00e9galement ses produits, malgr\u00e9 l&#039;avertissement pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent de la FDA selon lequel ils \u00e9taient en infraction avec la loi. \u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, le gouvernement am\u00e9ricain demande aux tribunaux d&#039;interdire d\u00e9finitivement \u00e0 ces entreprises de fabriquer et de vendre leurs propres produits de vapotage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces entreprises sont de petites boutiques de vapotage ; elles ne repr\u00e9sentent aucune grande entreprise am\u00e9ricaine qui fabrique et vend ces produits.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans une r\u00e9ponse, Amanda Wheeler, pr\u00e9sidente d&#039;AVM, d\u00e9clare : <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c\u00a0M. King semble se r\u00e9jouir de s\u2019en prendre aux petites entreprises, mais ferme les yeux sur les millions d\u2019Am\u00e9ricains qui utilisent le vapotage de nicotine pour arr\u00eater de fumer\u00a0\u201d, poursuit-elle en ajoutant\u00a0: \u201c\u00a0Quand on est un prohibitionniste arm\u00e9 d\u2019une hache, tout ressemble \u00e0 un tonneau de bi\u00e8re.\u00a0\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Malheureusement, face \u00e0 ces poursuites judiciaires, la seule issue pour ces commerces est la fermeture. Les clients qui d\u00e9pendent de ces produits se retrouveront ainsi sans ressources, tandis que les cigarettes resteront facilement disponibles dans toutes les sup\u00e9rettes et stations-service de ces quartiers.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alors que la FDA pr\u00e9tend agir pour \u201c\u00a0prot\u00e9ger les enfants\u00a0\u201d ou m\u00eame \u201c\u00a0prot\u00e9ger le public\u00a0\u201d, nous savons pertinemment que ces mesures ne font que nuire aux consommateurs adultes.
