Dans toute l&#039;UE, ce produit n&#039;est l\u00e9gal qu&#039;en Su\u00e8de, o\u00f9 il est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un outil efficace de r\u00e9duction des risques. Il est cependant \u00e9galement largement consomm\u00e9 au Danemark et en Norv\u00e8ge. Des \u00e9tudes montrent que les vapoteurs ont plus de deux fois plus de chances d\u2019arr\u00eater de fumer gr\u00e2ce aux ar\u00f4mes. Si ces derniers sont interdits, 150\u00a0000 vapoteurs \u2013 soit la quasi-totalit\u00e9 de la population d\u2019Uppsala \u2013 perdraient leurs ar\u00f4mes et pourraient retourner \u00e0 la cigarette.
