The document said that the nation should continue with the strategy set by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapingpost.com\/2021\/11\/29\/fctc-cop9-who-reported-dropping-tobacco-use-but-data-show-otherwise\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control<\/a> and reject the use of the products as smoking cessation tools. A stance certainly enforced by the fact that this year\u2019s COP10 will be held in Panama.<\/p>\n<h4>Panama City banned vaping on beaches<\/h4>\n<p>Last year, Panama City Beach officials<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapingpost.com\/2022\/08\/15\/panama-city-bans-smoking-and-vaping-on-its-beaches\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> agreed to ban<\/a> the use of cigarettes and vaping products on the city\u2019s beaches, clearly making no distinction between the two products. Passed by the House in February 2022 and the Senate in March, the bill was signed by Gov.
