Tobacco harm reduction must become a key element of all <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapingpost.com\/2022\/02\/22\/the-eu-endorses-vapes-as-part-of-europes-beating-cancer-plan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">health policies for the EU<\/a>. Seven hundred thousand people die each year due to smoking, and at the same time, the Commission fights against less harmful alternatives. The science is clear: vaping is far less harmful than smoking and is one of the most effective smoking cessation aids. Consumers demand the Commission to accept this reality finally.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The World Vapers\u2019 Alliance recently delivered a<a href=\"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/eu\/back-vaping-beat-smoking\/#bvbs-join-us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> petition<\/a> signed by over 4,000 EU citizens to the Members of Parliament and voiced their concerns about the general negative attitude towards vaping.
