El Comit\u00e9 Econ\u00f3mico y Social Europeo (CESE)\u00a0proyecto de opini\u00f3n<\/a>\u00a0La revisi\u00f3n de la Directiva sobre la Fiscalidad del Tabaco (TED) ha recibido el apoyo de consumidores y expertos. Estos instan a la Uni\u00f3n Europea a adoptar un enfoque fiscal basado en el riesgo, advirtiendo que los impuestos elevados y mal dise\u00f1ados pueden alimentar el mercado negro, socavar los objetivos de salud y reducir los ingresos fiscales legales en lugar de disminuir el tabaquismo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
