Afirm\u00f3 haber interactuado con el Departamento de Salud a trav\u00e9s de un taller en l\u00ednea organizado por este en 2020, pero la LBBF lamenta que las cuestiones planteadas en dicho taller no se reflejen en el borrador final del Proyecto de Ley presentado al Parlamento.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a la regulaci\u00f3n, manifest\u00f3 su apoyo a los esfuerzos para reducir el tabaquismo en Sud\u00e1frica. El Sr. Lobi, de la LBBF, afirm\u00f3 que se requiere un enfoque m\u00e1s inteligente y pr\u00e1ctico para lograr el objetivo del proyecto de ley, evitando al mismo tiempo perjudicar a las comunidades y las empresas. Inst\u00f3 al gobierno a centrarse m\u00e1s en frenar el comercio il\u00edcito de tabaco descontrolado, que perjudica especialmente a los j\u00f3venes y a los pobres.<\/p>\n<p>La LBBF afirm\u00f3 que el gobierno deber\u00eda trabajar para prevenir el tabaquismo entre los j\u00f3venes mediante programas conductuales y educativos, como se hizo anteriormente con las campa\u00f1as de concienciaci\u00f3n sobre el VIH\/sida, por ejemplo.
