La Alianza Mundial de Vapeadores (WVA), una de las principales organizaciones mundiales de defensa del consumidor de vapeo, ha expresado su profunda preocupaci\u00f3n por el proyecto de decreto del Gobierno h\u00fangaro que pretende modificar la normativa vigente sobre las bolsitas de nicotina y el vapeo. De aprobarse, la normativa propuesta introducir\u00eda restricciones que podr\u00edan dificultar el acceso de los fumadores a alternativas m\u00e1s seguras y a opciones de reducci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os.<\/h4>\n

Al comentar las propuestas h\u00fangaras, Michael Landl, director de la Alianza Mundial de Vapeadores, dijo:\u2019Si bien es importante garantizar la seguridad y el etiquetado adecuado de los productos de nicotina, es igualmente crucial evitar una regulaci\u00f3n excesiva que pueda impedir la disponibilidad de productos de reducci\u00f3n de da\u00f1os para los fumadores que buscan dejar los cigarrillos combustibles.<\/i>.\u201d<\/p>\n

El proyecto de enmiendas al Decreto propuesto incluye una estipulaci\u00f3n que limita el contenido m\u00e1ximo de nicotina a 17 mg por unidad de consumo. Seg\u00fan la WVA, esto refleja un enfoque que \u201cpodr\u00eda limitar inadvertidamente el atractivo de las bolsitas de nicotina para los fumadores que buscan alternativas.<\/i>.\u201d<\/p>\n

"Adem\u00e1s<\/i>,\u201d, a\u00f1ade la organizaci\u00f3n, \u201cLa WVA expresa su preocupaci\u00f3n por las posibles implicaciones de las modificaciones propuestas en el proyecto de Decreto a la normativa sobre productos de vapeo. Las enmiendas, que afectan a las definiciones de paquetes unitarios, las cantidades de nicotina y los requisitos de etiquetado, podr\u00edan imponer restricciones injustificadas a dichos productos.<\/i><\/p>\n
