Como parte de un plan de financiaci\u00f3n del ex alcalde de Nueva York Michael Bloomberg supuestamente destinado a reducir el consumo de tabaco a nivel mundial, una gran parte se destina "a reducir el consumo de tabaco en pa\u00edses de ingresos bajos y medios (PIBM)", lo que ir\u00f3nicamente es exactamente lo opuesto de lo que este movimiento ha estado logrando.<\/h4>\n
