Las enmiendas a la "Ley de Prevenci\u00f3n de Riesgos del Tabaco" de Taiw\u00e1n, que proh\u00edben los productos de vapeo y restringen el tabaco calentado, tendr\u00e1n un impacto negativo en la salud p\u00fablica.<\/h3>\n

Ley de Prevenci\u00f3n de Riesgos del Tabaco enmendada<\/a> La Ley de Control del Tabaco (\u83f8\u5bb3\u9632\u5236\u6cd5) ha sido aprobada y proh\u00edbe la venta, fabricaci\u00f3n y suministro de productos de vapeo. Adem\u00e1s, la medida eleva la edad legal para fumar de 18 a 20 a\u00f1os y aumenta la proporci\u00f3n de advertencias sobre el tabaco de 35% a 50% en las cajetillas de cigarrillos.<\/p>\n

Productos de tabaco calentado<\/a> Los productos de alto riesgo (PAR) estar\u00edan sujetos a regulaciones m\u00e1s estrictas y su publicidad estar\u00eda prohibida. Los fabricantes o importadores de PAR deber\u00e1n presentar un informe de evaluaci\u00f3n de riesgos para la salud antes de obtener un permiso para su venta. Quien infrinja esta normativa podr\u00eda enfrentarse a una multa de hasta 50 millones de NT$.<\/p>\n
