Hled\u00e1 se vin\u00edk, kter\u00fd za status quo m\u016f\u017ee.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ve \u0161v\u00fdcarsk\u00e9 \u017denev\u011b se te\u010f nevyjedn\u00e1valo jen o osudu v\u00e1lky na Ukrajin\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 o celosv\u011btov\u00e9 regulaci tab\u00e1ku. \u0160estidenn\u00ed akce pod taktovkou Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace (WHO), na kterou se sjelo 160 st\u00e1t\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch \u201esignat\u00e1\u0159\u016f\u201c tzv. \u00damluvy o kontrole tab\u00e1ku, m\u011bla za c\u00edl vytvo\u0159it nov\u00e9 \u201eglob\u00e1ln\u00ed tab\u00e1kov\u00e9 mantinely\u201c. Tyto pokusy ale vy\u0161ly v\u011bt\u0161inou na pr\u00e1zdno, propasti v\u00a0n\u00e1zorech byly toti\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 hlubok\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fctc.who.int\/newsroom\/news\/item\/22-11-2025-global-tobacco-control-conference-concludes-with-decisions-on-environment-liability\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>v\u00fdsledk\u016f konference COP11<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0zaujmou hlavn\u011b t\u0159i body. Mluvilo se t\u0159eba o tom, \u017ee by WHO mohla st\u00e1t\u016fm doporu\u010dit \u00fapln\u00fd z\u00e1kaz filtr\u016f v\u00a0tab\u00e1kov\u00fdch a nikotinov\u00fdch produktech, a to ve jm\u00e9nu ochrany \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed.
