Yet they close their minds to vaping as the best emerging tobacco harm reduction solution.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c..COP9 delegates close their eyes and ears to a harm reduction option\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the\u00a0WHO continues to scaremonger, against proven and viable harm reduced alternatives. \u201cWe\u2019re appalled that the WHO and COP9 delegates close their eyes and ears to a harm reduction option already proving itself by getting hard-core smokers to quit when established options have failed. It\u2019s a triumph of ideology over science,\u201d said Loucas.<\/p>\n<p>The World Vapers\u2019 Alliance (WVA) has also spoken up. This week the group\u2019s iconic electric pink \u2018Vape Bus\u2019,\u00a0drove through the streets of Geneva\u00a0broadcasting the voices of vapers, relaying personal stories on how vaping helped them quit smoking and change their lives. \u201cWe came here today to make sure that vapers\u2019 voices are heard, and that vaping is at the forefront of smoking cessation policies worldwide.
