Um seine Lunge, sein Herz, seine Chancen, seine Enkelkinder zu erleben. Diese Sichtweise ist verst\u00e4ndlich. Doch sie \u00fcbersieht etwas Entscheidendes, und eine neue Studie beziffert, was wir bisher \u00fcbersehen haben.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ipsos, im Auftrag von We Are Innovation, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weareinnovation.global\/household-case-for-innovation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">befragt<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Mehr als 4.000 Menschen in den USA, Kanada, Gro\u00dfbritannien, Frankreich und Japan nahmen an der Studie teil. Der Clou: Befragt wurden nicht ehemalige Raucher, sondern deren Umfeld. Partner, Kinder, Verwandte und Freunde von Menschen, die in den letzten f\u00fcnf Jahren mit dem Rauchen aufgeh\u00f6rt hatten. Die Frage war einfach: Was hat sich f\u00fcr Sie ver\u00e4ndert, als diese Person aufgeh\u00f6rt hat?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Antworten stimmen mit dem \u00fcberein, was <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/de_de\/world-vape-day\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Welttag des Dampfens 2026<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Worum geht es? Ein Schalter, und alle gewinnen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die auff\u00e4lligste Ver\u00e4nderung in allen L\u00e4ndern war die verringerte Belastung durch Passivrauchen. In den USA und Gro\u00dfbritannien gaben bis zu 701.040 Personen an, dass sich ihre Situation verbessert habe, nachdem ein Angeh\u00f6riger mit dem Rauchen aufgeh\u00f6rt hatte. Das ist der sp\u00fcrbare Nutzen f\u00fcr den gesamten Haushalt. Wenn die Zigaretten wegfallen, atmen auch die anderen Bewohner des Haushalts keinen Rauch mehr ein.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es geht um mehr als nur sauberere Luft. Freunde und Familie berichteten von deutlichen Verbesserungen in Stimmung, Selbstvertrauen und Geselligkeit der Person, die mit dem Rauchen aufgeh\u00f6rt hatte, sowie von mehr gemeinsamer Zeit. Entscheidend war, dass diese Verbesserungen gr\u00f6\u00dfer waren, wenn die Person mithilfe eines innovativen Nikotinprodukts wie einer E-Zigarette, eines Pouches oder eines Tabakerhitzers aufh\u00f6rte. Die engsten Angeh\u00f6rigen konnten den Unterschied zwischen einem kompletten und einem erfolgreichen Rauchstopp erkennen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die gr\u00f6\u00dften Verbesserungen zeigten sich dort, wo man sie erwarten konnte. Personen, die im selben Haushalt leben, berichteten von den gr\u00f6\u00dften Verbesserungen ihrer Lebensqualit\u00e4t. Und die j\u00fcngste Gruppe, die 18- bis 34-J\u00e4hrigen, verzeichnete in fast allen L\u00e4ndern die gr\u00f6\u00dften Verbesserungen. Das ist bemerkenswert. In der Debatte um junge Menschen und Nikotin geht es fast immer um Konsum und Risiken. Diese Studie zeigt junge Menschen in einer ganz anderen Rolle: als S\u00f6hne, T\u00f6chter, Partner und Mitbewohner, deren Leben sich verbessert, wenn ein Erwachsener in ihrem Umfeld mit dem Rauchen aufh\u00f6rt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ein weiteres Ergebnis ist f\u00fcr alle, die in diesem Bereich arbeiten, von Bedeutung. Personen, die pers\u00f6nlich miterlebt haben, wie jemand mithilfe eines dieser Produkte mit dem Rauchen aufh\u00f6rte, hatten deutlich realistischere Ansichten dar\u00fcber. Sie hielten die Produkte eher f\u00fcr wirksam und erkannten eher an, dass sie weniger sch\u00e4dlich als Zigaretten sind. Die Zustimmung zu einem freien Zugang f\u00fcr Erwachsene stieg in dieser Gruppe um mindestens zehn Prozentpunkte. Die Erfahrung, dass etwas funktioniert, ver\u00e4ndert die Einstellung auf eine Weise, wie es Argumente allein nicht bewirken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es handelt sich hierbei um Wahrnehmungsdaten, nicht um eine klinische Studie, und sie sollten auch so interpretiert werden. Es werden keine Biomarker gemessen. Gemessen wird etwas anderes, das ebenfalls von Bedeutung ist: wie eine Ver\u00e4nderung von den Menschen empfunden wird, die mit ihr leben.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das ist der Fall, die WHO ignoriert das weiterhin. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.who.int\/news\/item\/17-10-2025-world-no-tobacco-day-2026--unmasking-the-appeal---countering-nicotine-and-tobacco-addiction\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Weltnichtrauchertag<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
