Die World Vapers' Alliance (WVA) warnt davor, dass die Agenda der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission f\u00fcr \u2019Bessere Rechtsetzung\u201c von ihrem eigentlichen Zweck abweicht, indem sie die B\u00fcrger, denen sie angeblich dienen soll, an den Rand dr\u00e4ngt und Konsultationen als blo\u00dfe Formalit\u00e4ten statt als Grundlage f\u00fcr die Politikgestaltung nutzt.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Als Teil der\u00a0Forderung nach Beweisen<\/a>, Das Generalsekretariat erkl\u00e4rt: \u201cDer von der Kommission entwickelte Rahmen f\u00fcr bessere Rechtsetzung \u2013 von der OECD als einer der besten weltweit anerkannt \u2013 ist ein zentraler Bestandteil der EU-Politikgestaltung. Die Vorschl\u00e4ge der Kommission m\u00fcssen weiterhin auf den besten verf\u00fcgbaren Erkenntnissen beruhen, unter anderem durch Konsultationen mit betroffenen Interessengruppen, um die gew\u00fcnschten Wirkungen in der Praxis zu erzielen.<\/i>.\u201d<\/p>\n

Angesichts der Bereitschaft, in der Vergangenheit wichtige Erkenntnisse zu ignorieren, w\u00fcrden viele die Ehrlichkeit des vorgeblichen Wunsches der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission, sich an eine evidenzbasierte Politikgestaltung zu halten, in Frage stellen.<\/p>\n
