Februar 2026<\/strong>\u2013 Die World Vapers' Alliance (WVA) hat dem Rechts- und Verfassungsausschuss des Senats offiziell ihre Beweise vorgelegt und davor gewarnt, dass Australiens restriktive Gesetze zum Dampfen die Hauptursache f\u00fcr die eskalierende Krise des illegalen Tabak- und Nikotinkonsums im Land sind.<\/p>\n

In ihrer Stellungnahme argumentiert die WVA, dass das derzeitige Modell der ausschlie\u00dflichen Verschreibungspflicht ein massives Regulierungsdefizit geschaffen hat. Anstatt den Tabakkonsum zu reduzieren, hat das faktische Verbot von E-Zigaretten f\u00fcr Endverbraucher transnationalen Verbrecherorganisationen die vollst\u00e4ndige Marktkontrolle verschafft. Diese Entwicklung hat zu einem Anstieg des illegalen Handels, Steuerausf\u00e4llen und einer Welle von Gewalt in den Gemeinden gef\u00fchrt, darunter aufsehenerregende Brandanschl\u00e4ge auf Einzelhandelsgesch\u00e4fte und Einbr\u00fcche mit Fahrzeugen.<\/p>\n
