Januar 2026 \u2013 Das Europ\u00e4ische Parlament Entwurf einer Stellungnahme<\/a> Der heute ver\u00f6ffentlichte EU-Aktionsplan f\u00fcr Herz-Kreislauf-Gesundheit enth\u00e4lt weitreichende Verbote, die bei den Verbrauchern heftige Kritik ausgel\u00f6st haben. Unter der F\u00fchrung der sozialistischen Berichterstatterin Romana Jerkovi\u0107 fordert er faktische Verbote von E-Zigaretten, Nikotinbeuteln und Tabakerhitzern \u2013 also von Produkten zur Schadensminderung, die Millionen von Menschen t\u00e4glich zur Raucherentw\u00f6hnung nutzen.<\/p>\n

Der Entwurf zielt darauf ab, alle Nikotinprodukte denselben strengen Regulierungen wie Zigaretten zu unterwerfen und damit die entscheidenden Unterschiede zwischen weitaus weniger sch\u00e4dlichen Alternativen und herk\u00f6mmlichen Produkten aufzuheben. Obwohl Studien belegen, dass Produktauswahl und Aromen erwachsenen Rauchern den Umstieg erleichtern, sieht der Entwurf hohe Steuern, Verbote von Aromen und Marketingma\u00dfnahmen sowie strenge Nikotinbeschr\u00e4nkungen vor.<\/p>\n

\u201cDieser r\u00fccksichtslose Entwurf ist ein ungeheuerlicher Angriff auf die Gesundheit und die Freiheit der Verbraucher. Die WVA lehnt diesen wissenschaftsfeindlichen Kreuzzug, der den nachgewiesenen Erfolg der Schadensminimierung ignoriert, entschieden ab.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> sagte Alberto G\u00f3mez Hern\u00e1ndez, Policy Manager bei der World Vapers Alliance.<\/p>\n
