Sie verharren in \u00fcberholtem Denken und sind f\u00fcr die Zukunft der Tabakkontrolle ungeeignet. Schadensminimierung ist kein Marketingtrick, sondern eine gesundheitspolitische Notwendigkeit, die auf wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen und Daten aus der Praxis beruht. Und das Leben der Verbraucher z\u00e4hlt mehr als Ideologie und die Meinungen wohlhabender WHO-Geldgeber wie Michael Bloomberg. Deshalb m\u00fcssen sie mit am Verhandlungstisch sitzen.\u2019<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>In wenigen Wochen entscheiden die Delegierten der COP11 \u00fcber das Schicksal von Millionen Rauchern, doch die am st\u00e4rksten Betroffenen werden ausgeschlossen.
