Das ist nicht nur falsch, sondern ein Schlag ins Gesicht der \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheit und all jener Raucher, die nach sichereren Alternativen suchen.\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse belegen seit Jahren, dass E-Zigaretten und andere neue Nikotinprodukte deutlich weniger sch\u00e4dlich sind als Zigaretten. Schweden ist nahezu rauchfrei, weil es auf Schadensminimierung setzt. Tschechien und Griechenland konnten ihre Raucherquoten durch die Einf\u00fchrung von Strategien zur Schadensminimierung drastisch senken. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/de_de\/eu-sidelined-as-reform-leaders-take-the-trophy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u00e4nder<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Sie retten Leben, weil sie dem folgen, was funktioniert, nicht einer Ideologie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Kommission ignoriert diesen Erfolg, um Anti-Dampf-Gruppen zu beschwichtigen und sich rei\u00dferische Schlagzeilen zu sichern. Indem sie Fehlinformationen zur offiziellen Linie erhebt, f\u00fchrt sie Raucher, Ex-Raucher und alle, die mit dem Rauchen aufh\u00f6ren wollen, in die Irre. Anstatt die Menschen zum Umstieg von t\u00f6dlichen Zigaretten auf weniger riskante Produkte zu ermutigen, verbreiten diese Politiker \u00fcberholte Mythen und Panikmache.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das ist kein kleiner Fehler. Indem die neue EU-Politik das Dampfen mit dem Rauchen gleichsetzt, wird sie dazu f\u00fchren, dass mehr Menschen rauchen, den Ausstieg erschweren und Menschenleben kosten. Die Kommission hat Ideologie \u00fcber Wissenschaft gestellt. Raucher verdienen Fakten und echte Alternativen, nicht noch mehr Verwirrung. Europa sollte von Schweden, Tschechien und Griechenland lernen, anstatt deren Erfolge zu ignorieren.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aktuell f\u00fchrt die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission eine <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/law\/better-regulation\/have-your-say\/initiatives\/12645-Tobacco-taxation-excise-duties-for-manufactured-tobacco-products-updated-rules-_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beratung<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Zur \u00dcberarbeitung der Tabaksteuerrichtlinie (TED) ist die Position der Kommission jedoch bereits klar und unmissverst\u00e4ndlich, wie diese Antwort an die Mitglieder des Europ\u00e4ischen Parlaments best\u00e4tigt. Die Kommission behandelt neue Nikotinprodukte hinsichtlich Gesundheitsrisiken und Besteuerung wie herk\u00f6mmliche Tabakprodukte. Warum also \u00fcberhaupt eine Konsultation durchf\u00fchren, wenn das Ergebnis bereits feststeht?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das ist weder echte Demokratie noch transparente Regierungsf\u00fchrung. Es zeigt, dass die Kommission \u00f6ffentliche Konsultationen und damit die Meinungen der B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger lediglich als Feigenblatt betrachtet, um den Anschein von Beteiligung zu erwecken, ohne tats\u00e4chlich Einfluss auf die Politik zu nehmen. Konsultationen sollten Instrumente f\u00fcr eine sinnvolle Einbindung und eine bessere Politikgestaltung sein, nicht blo\u00df eine Formalit\u00e4t, um bereits getroffene Entscheidungen zu rechtfertigen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die gesamte Vorgehensweise der Kommission in der Tabak- und Nikotinpolitik ist ein Fiasko. Sie ignoriert wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse, missachtet erfolgreiche Strategien zur Schadensminderung in Europa und ignoriert die Meinung der \u00d6ffentlichkeit und von Experten, noch bevor Konsultationen \u00fcberhaupt beginnen. Dieser Top-down-Ansatz muss grundlegend ge\u00e4ndert werden. Die Politikgestaltung muss wirklich inklusiv, transparent und evidenzbasiert werden, um das Vertrauen wiederherzustellen und die \u00f6ffentliche Gesundheit zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ohne echtes Engagement und Respekt vor Fakten riskiert die Kommission, Raucher, Dampfer und die Interessengruppen, denen sie angeblich dient, zu verprellen. Eine echte Demokratie h\u00f6rt ihren B\u00fcrgern zu, insbesondere bei so wichtigen Themen wie der Gesundheit.
