September, startete der nationale Verband der Hersteller elektronischer Zigaretten, der zu Confindustria geh\u00f6rt (ANAFE), die zweite Ausgabe der Tour, mit dem Ziel, das Bewusstsein f\u00fcr die Risiken des vorgeschlagenen nationalen Steuergesetzes und der TED-Richtlinie der EU zu sch\u00e4rfen.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Im Mittelpunkt der Ausgabe 2021 steht die Steuerfrage, insbesondere die Unnachhaltigkeit und Kontraproduktivit\u00e4t der in Italien vorgeschlagenen Steuer auf E-Zigaretten sowie die von der EU vorgeschlagene Tabaksteuerrichtlinie (TED).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDie schrittweise Erh\u00f6hung der Steuer auf E-Zigaretten \u00fcber drei Jahre hinweg\u201d, erkl\u00e4rt Roccatti, \u201eist schlichtweg absurd und droht, einen bereits schwer von der Pandemie getroffenen Sektor, der heute rund 45.000 Besch\u00e4ftigte im direkten und indirekten Bereich z\u00e4hlt, in die Knie zu zwingen. Obwohl die neue Steuerregelung bis zum 31. Dezember 2021 ausgesetzt wurde, tritt die n\u00e4chste Erh\u00f6hung ab dem n\u00e4chsten Jahr in Kraft. Das ist in der Tat eine verr\u00fcckte Regelung, die nicht nur eine Lieferkette aus kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen, die ein weltweites Vorbild f\u00fcr \u201aMade in Italy\u2018 darstellen, schwer belasten wird, sondern auch den Schwarzmarkt und die R\u00fcckkehr zu herk\u00f6mmlichen Zigaretten beg\u00fcnstigen wird, deren Preis im letzten Jahr nicht einmal um 11 TP4T steigen sollte \u2013 mit der Folge, dass herk\u00f6mmliche Zigaretten in manchen F\u00e4llen sogar billiger w\u00e4ren als E-Zigaretten.\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Unterst\u00fctzung der LIAF (Italienische Anti-Raucher-Liga), der IEVA (Unabh\u00e4ngige Europ\u00e4ische Vape-Allianz) und des Sigmagazine startet die \u201cRide4Vape\u201d-Tour 2021 am Montag, den 20. September, in Bozen. Vor der Landung in der Hauptstadt macht Roccatti Halt in Abano Terme (PD), Santarcangelo di Romagna (RN) und Sangemini (TR). \u201dUnterwegs und live auf Facebook wird unser Pr\u00e4sident uns die verheerenden Auswirkungen der Steuerpolitik f\u00fcr E-Zigaretten detailliert erl\u00e4utern und einen Appell an die Institutionen richten, die Maxi-Steuer zu stoppen\u201c, hei\u00dft es in einer Pressemitteilung der ANAFE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Vape-Bus-Tour der WVA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die World Vapers&#039; Alliance (WVA) hat k\u00fcrzlich ihre \u2019Vape Bus\u2018-Tour gestartet, um im Rahmen ihrer Kampagne \u2019Back Vaping. Beat Smoking.\u201c \u00fcber die Schadensminimierung durch Tabakkonsum aufzukl\u00e4ren. Der pinkfarbene Bus tourt im August und September durch Europa und verbreitet die Botschaft, dass allein in Europa bis zu 19 Millionen Leben gerettet werden k\u00f6nnten, wenn die Politik \u2013 wie beispielsweise in Gro\u00dfbritannien \u2013 die Nutzung von E-Zigaretten zur Schadensminimierung durch Tabakkonsum anerkennen w\u00fcrde. Der Bus startete letzten Monat in Barcelona und tourt nun durch Spanien, Frankreich, Deutschland, Polen, Belgien, Gro\u00dfbritannien und die Schweiz.<\/p>\n<p>Im Hinblick auf die Europatournee erkl\u00e4rte WVA-Direktor Michael Landl, es sei unerl\u00e4sslich, dass die Stimmen der Dampfer geh\u00f6rt w\u00fcrden. \u2019Wir haben unsere Reise heute in Barcelona begonnen, denn Rauchen ist in Spanien nach wie vor die h\u00e4ufigste Ursache vermeidbarer Krankheiten. Wenn spanische und EU-Politiker das Dampfen unterst\u00fctzen, k\u00f6nnten 2,4 Millionen Leben in Spanien und 19 Millionen in Europa gerettet werden.
