W\u00e4hrend die FDA bisher nur eine Handvoll E-Zigarettenprodukte zugelassen hat \u2013 vor allem von gro\u00dfen Tabakkonzernen \u2013 hat sie Antr\u00e4ge f\u00fcr Tausende anderer Produkte abgelehnt oder verz\u00f6gert, darunter viele von kleineren, innovativen Firmen, die versuchen, sicherere Alternativen zum Rauchen anzubieten.<\/span><\/p>\n

Anstatt den Markt zu lenken, hat die FDA sich stark auf \u00f6ffentliche Panikmache und Warnbriefe gest\u00fctzt. Ein Aufruf zur Reform des CTP<\/b><\/h4>\n

Bef\u00fcrworter von Schadensminimierung, Wissenschaftler und sogar ehemalige Regulierungsbeh\u00f6rden haben ihre Frustration \u00fcber die Arbeitsweise des CTP zum Ausdruck gebracht.   • Er\u00f6ffnen eines \u00f6ffentlichen Dialogs \u00fcber die Rolle des Nikotins, ohne es mit dem Rauchen gleichzusetzen.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
