Die umfassenden Ma\u00dfnahmen bauen auf bestehenden Bundes- und Landesgesetzen zur Tabakkontrolle aus dem Jahr 2008 auf und beinhalten ein vollst\u00e4ndiges Verbot der Werbung, des Marketings und des Sponsorings von Tabakprodukten.<\/p>\n<p>Im Zuge dessen wurden neue Bestimmungen f\u00fcr den Verkauf und die Verwendung von E-Zigaretten erlassen.
