Ihr Ansatz besteht darin, alternative Produkte als genauso sch\u00e4dlich wie Tabak darzustellen, den Zugang zu ihnen einzuschr\u00e4nken und sie durch h\u00f6here Steuern zu verteuern, um ihren Konsum unattraktiver zu machen. Diese Strategie f\u00fchrt jedoch zu eher entt\u00e4uschenden Ergebnissen.<\/p>\n<p>Trotz aller Bem\u00fchungen der europ\u00e4ischen Institutionen liegt die Raucherquote in der EU weiterhin bei 251,4 Prozent, und j\u00e4hrlich sterben rund 700.000 Menschen an den Folgen des Rauchens.
