F\u00fcr diejenigen, die mit der Position der Regierung zu politischen Fragen vertraut sind, \u00e4ndert sich jedoch nichts.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Immer wenn Oppositionsabgeordnete im Parlament ein sinnvolles politisches Thema ansprechen, findet die ungarische Regierung einen Weg, den Abgeordneten entweder zu diskreditieren, das Thema vom Tisch zu schieben oder es v\u00f6llig zu ignorieren. Das war nicht anders, als L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Luk\u00e1cs, der Fraktionsvorsitzende der Jobbik-Konservativen, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parlament.hu\/irom42\/03572\/03572.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gefragt<\/a> Dem Innenminister wurde eine Frage zur \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Verordnung bez\u00fcglich E-Zigaretten gestellt. (Es w\u00e4re vielleicht einen weiteren Artikel wert, dar\u00fcber zu schreiben, was der Innenminister mit Gesundheitsfragen zu tun hat, aber Ungarn hat seit der Macht\u00fcbernahme der Fidesz-Partei vor 13 Jahren kein Gesundheitsministerium mehr.).<\/p>\n<p>Der Abgeordnete Luk\u00e1cs erkundigte sich nach der M\u00f6glichkeit einer Gesetzes\u00e4nderung, da das Gesetz seit sieben Jahren in Kraft sei und in vielen L\u00e4ndern neue wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse zutage getreten seien; die Menschen h\u00e4tten positive Ergebnisse aufgrund flexiblerer Gesetze und des gesunden Menschenverstands erfahren.<\/p>\n<p>Aber das ist Ungarn, wo viele politische Fragen auf die Arroganz von Regierungsbeamten treffen, die Fakten ignorieren und sich nur darauf konzentrieren, ihre Kollegen in der Opposition zu dem\u00fctigen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Antwort des Staatssekret\u00e4rs war relativ <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parlament.hu\/irom42\/03572\/03572-0001.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">einfach<\/a>. Die ungarische Regierung h\u00e4lt das Dampfen f\u00fcr sch\u00e4dlich und plant keine \u00c4nderung der bestehenden Gesetzgebung: keine R\u00fccksichtnahme, keine Offenheit f\u00fcr neue Studien und kein Interesse an der Pr\u00fcfung bew\u00e4hrter Verfahren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Haltung des Staatssekret\u00e4rs hat Michael Landl, den Direktor der <a href=\"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Weltweite Allianz der Dampfer<\/a> (der Gast in unserer Sendung) <a href=\"https:\/\/soundcloud.com\/cea-magazine\/landl-back-vaping-beat-smoking\">Podcast<\/a>vor einigen Monaten), der eine Pressemitteilung zu der offiziellen Stellungnahme der ungarischen Regierung ver\u00f6ffentlichte. Laut Herrn L\u00e4ndl, <em>\u201cEs ist schockierend, dass die ungarische Regierung immer noch abgegriffene und widerlegte Mythen \u00fcber das Dampfen verbreitet. R\u00e9tv\u00e1ri ignoriert systematisch wissenschaftliche Beweise f\u00fcr die Vorteile des Dampfens, ganz zu schweigen von den pers\u00f6nlichen Erfahrungen von Millionen von Dampfern.
