Gesundheitsexperten haben in der Regel gro\u00dfes Vertrauen in die FDA und gehen davon aus, dass ein Produkt, das von der FDA zugelassen wird, ein strenges Regelwerk und umfangreiche Tests durchlaufen haben muss, um zugelassen zu werden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In letzter Zeit ist die \u00d6ffentlichkeit jedoch, entgegen der Einsch\u00e4tzung von Gesundheitsexperten, weniger von den Entscheidungen der FDA \u00fcberzeugt. Viele Konsumenten von E-Zigaretten \u00e4u\u00dfern ihre Bedenken gegen\u00fcber dem Verkaufspersonal in Vape-Shops. Die Verbraucher sind vor allem wegen des Umgangs mit dem PMTA-Verfahren besorgt und bef\u00fcrchten, dass ihnen ihre bevorzugte Methode zur Schadensminderung genommen wird, w\u00e4hrend herk\u00f6mmliche Zigaretten weiterhin in Tankstellen, Superm\u00e4rkten und sogar einigen Lebensmittelgesch\u00e4ften erh\u00e4ltlich sind.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mit dem Rauchen aufzuh\u00f6ren ist extrem schwer. Erwachsene Ex-Raucher, die jetzt E-Zigaretten nutzen, um von Tabakprodukten Abstand zu nehmen, wissen, wie schwer es war, \u00fcberhaupt eine passende Option zu finden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Wer das schon einmal erlebt hat, wei\u00df, dass nicht alle Geschmacksrichtungen oder Ger\u00e4te gleichwertig sind. Die meisten bef\u00fcrchten, dass sie wieder mit dem Rauchen anfangen k\u00f6nnten, wenn sie ihre bevorzugte Methode zur Schadensminimierung verlieren.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Verbraucher sind mittlerweile skeptisch gegen\u00fcber den Informationen der FDA, weil sie tats\u00e4chlich das Gef\u00fchl haben, dass eine Beh\u00f6rde, der es egal ist, ob sie zum Zigarettenrauchen gezwungen werden, sich unm\u00f6glich um ihre Gesundheit und ihr Wohlbefinden im Allgemeinen k\u00fcmmern kann.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dies bringt die FDA in eine schwierige Lage, da sie mit Folgendem beauftragt ist: <\/span>zum Schutz der \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheit durch Gew\u00e4hrleistung der Sicherheit, Wirksamkeit und Unbedenklichkeit von Human- und Tierarzneimitteln, biologischen Produkten und Medizinprodukten; und durch Gew\u00e4hrleistung der Sicherheit der Lebensmittelversorgung unseres Landes, von Kosmetika und von Produkten, die Strahlung abgeben.<\/span><\/p>\n

Erwachsene Dampfer bef\u00fcrchten zudem, dass sie, wenn sie beispielsweise mit 24 mg Nikotin angefangen haben und jetzt 6 mg verwenden, vom CTP nur PMTA-Antr\u00e4ge f\u00fcr 25 oder 50 mg Nikotin genehmigt bekommen haben und diese Nikotinmenge nicht konsumieren m\u00f6chten. Auch Aromen spielen eine Rolle, da die meisten Dampfer \u2013 durchschnittlich 891 von 1000 TP4T allein in unserem Unternehmen \u2013 kein Tabakaroma w\u00fcnschen oder verwenden.<\/span><\/p>\n

Es ist klar, dass die FDA, wenn sie das Vertrauen der \u00d6ffentlichkeit zur\u00fcckgewinnen will, damit beginnen muss, die Informationen \u00fcber das Dampfen zu pr\u00e4zisieren und ihre Vorgehensweise im PMTA-Verfahren \u00e4ndern muss.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Andernfalls werden sie weiterhin das Vertrauen der \u00d6ffentlichkeit verlieren, und das ist sicherlich eine be\u00e4ngstigende Situation f\u00fcr eine Beh\u00f6rde, die eigentlich die Gesundheit der \u00d6ffentlichkeit sch\u00fctzen soll.<\/span><\/p>\n
