Von vollst\u00e4ndigen Verboten \u00fcber Steuererh\u00f6hungen bis hin zu Nikotinbegrenzungen \u2013 auch dieses Jahr d\u00fcrfte sich nicht viel \u00e4ndern.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es ist immer wieder bewiesen worden, dass das Verbot die Lage nur verschlimmert. Dennoch streben diese Staaten nach weiteren Verboten.,<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/filtermag.org\/san-francisco-vape-flavor-ban-teen-smoking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> die Daten ignorieren<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Das zeigt, dass diese Gesetze lediglich einen gef\u00e4hrlichen und unregulierten Schwarzmarkt geschaffen und noch mehr Dampfer wieder zum Rauchen von Zigaretten getrieben haben.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">New York hat beispielsweise das Dampfen bereits verboten, mit Ausnahme von Produkten mit einer genehmigten PMTA (Prevention of Medical Tobacco Tax). Nun soll k\u00fcnftig jeder, der dampfen m\u00f6chte, ein Rezept von einem zugelassenen Arzt ben\u00f6tigen. Au\u00dferdem soll das Gesundheitsministerium des Bundesstaates New York (NY State DOH) \u2026 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Festlegung von Nikotinwerten f\u00fcr E-Zigaretten und E-Liquids, deren Nikotinst\u00e4rke sich automatisch und in bestimmten Zeitabst\u00e4nden verringert; Verpflichtung der Hersteller, E-Zigaretten und E-Liquid-Produkte herzustellen oder im Bundesstaat verkaufen zu lassen, deren Nikotinst\u00e4rke sich automatisch und in bestimmten, vom Gesundheitsministerium festgelegten Zeitabst\u00e4nden verringert.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anstatt diese Alternativen bei verantwortungsvollen H\u00e4ndlern anzubieten, damit sie Rauchern wirklich beim Aufh\u00f6ren helfen k\u00f6nnen, will New York den Erwerb von E-Zigaretten und E-Liquids noch weiter erschweren. Auch die Einf\u00fchrung einer festgelegten Ausstiegszeit wird nicht helfen, denn wir alle wissen, dass der Ausstiegsprozess bei erfolgreichen Dampfern individuell unterschiedlich verl\u00e4uft. Jemanden zu zwingen, den Nikotingehalt zu reduzieren, bevor er bereit ist, k\u00f6nnte dazu f\u00fchren, dass er wieder E-Zigaretten konsumiert oder ganz zu ihnen zur\u00fcckkehrt. Ganz zu schweigen von den \u2026 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=VpgjWjPs1Kc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">gescheitertes Verschreibungsmodell in Australien<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Das befeuert den Schwarzmarkt und erh\u00f6ht die Raucherquote.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ein in diesem Artikel nicht erw\u00e4hnter Staat ist Oregon., <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/olis.oregonlegislature.gov\/liz\/2023R1\/Measures\/Overview\/HB3090?fbclid=IwAR0ucDSscpf5ucuBn7tstofSN8IQ3DjJ0ObtbZtPGbC9kgb5tuLz3KX1wdY\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HB 3090<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Er dr\u00e4ngt auf ein Verbot von Aromen in allen Tabak- und Dampfprodukten.
