Angesichts der bevorstehenden Aktualisierung der EU-Tabakproduktrichtlinie und der Umsetzung des portugiesischen Plans zur Krebsreduzierung (ENLCC) hat die World Vapers\u2018 Alliance (WVA) Portugal einen Plan zur Bek\u00e4mpfung des Zigarettenkonsums vorgelegt.<\/h5>\n

Der 7-Stufenplan<\/a> wurde von der WVA zusammen mit ihren portugiesischen Partnern Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Portuguesa de Vaporizadores (APORVAP) und Ohms do Vapor pr\u00e4sentiert. Es enth\u00e4lt die folgenden Empfehlungen:<\/p>\n

  1. Portugals klares Bekenntnis zum Konzept der Schadensminderung beim Tabakkonsum<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. F\u00f6rderung des Dampfens als Mittel zur Raucherentw\u00f6hnung.<\/li>\n
  3. Schlie\u00dfen Sie das Dampfen von den Beschr\u00e4nkungen f\u00fcr rauchfreie Bereiche aus.<\/li>\n
  4. Verzichten Sie auf die Erhebung h\u00f6herer Steuern auf Vaping-Produkte und reduzieren Sie die \u00fcberh\u00f6hte Besteuerung von E-Liquids so schnell wie m\u00f6glich.<\/li>\n
  5. Lehnen Sie Geschmacksverbote ab und schr\u00e4nken Sie die Auswahl an Nikotinst\u00e4rken f\u00fcr Liquids zum Dampfen nicht ein.<\/li>\n
  6. Halten Sie das Dampfen f\u00fcr Erwachsene zug\u00e4nglich, setzen Sie jedoch Altersbeschr\u00e4nkungen durch, um die Nutzung durch Jugendliche zu verhindern.<\/li>\n
  7. F\u00f6rderung der Schadensminderung durch Tabakkonsum in den Institutionen und Gesetzgebungen der EU.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    WVA-Direktor Michael Landl ermutigt Portugal, eine Vorreiterrolle bei der Reduzierung von Tabaksch\u00e4den einzunehmen. \u201eRauchen ist verantwortlich f\u00fcr \u00fcber 13.000 Tote<\/a> in Portugal jedes Jahr. Es gibt mehrere Methoden, die Rauchern beim Aufh\u00f6ren geholfen haben, und das Dampfen hat sich bisher als das erfolgreichste Mittel erwiesen. Wir brauchen einen modernen, offenen Regulierungsrahmen, der diese Alternativen ber\u00fccksichtigt, um die Krebsraten erfolgreich zu senken. W\u00e4hrend die portugiesische Regierung die ENLCC-Strategie entwirft, schlagen wir der Regierung 7 umfassende Schritte vor, um den Kampf gegen tabakbedingten Krebs erfolgreich zu f\u00fchren.
