{"id":3103,"date":"2022-09-08T09:00:03","date_gmt":"2022-09-08T13:00:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/?p=3103"},"modified":"2022-09-08T09:18:51","modified_gmt":"2022-09-08T13:18:51","slug":"the-netherlands-opened-yet-another-consultation-on-flavours","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/de_de\/the-netherlands-opened-yet-another-consultation-on-flavours\/","title":{"rendered":"Die Niederlande haben eine weitere Konsultation zum Thema Aromen er\u00f6ffnet."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Debatte um ein Aromenverbot ist in den Niederlanden neu entfacht \u2013 obwohl die Verbraucher bereits ihren Widerstand gegen diese Ma\u00dfnahme ge\u00e4u\u00dfert haben.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deshalb sollten wir die niederl\u00e4ndische Regierung noch einmal auffordern, diese schlechte Idee zu verwerfen, denn <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/worldvapersalliance.com\/de_de\/flavours-matter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Der Geschmack ist wichtig<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bereits im vergangenen Jahr er\u00f6ffnete die Regierung eine Konsultation, die die gr\u00f6\u00dfte Anzahl an R\u00fcckmeldungen in der Geschichte der \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheitsbefragungen in den Niederlanden verzeichnete \u2013 und <\/span><b>98% der Befragten sprachen sich gegen das Verbot aus<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Leider hat die Regierung beschlossen, unsere Stimmen zu ignorieren und das Aromenverbot durchzusetzen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Urspr\u00fcnglich sollte das Gesetz am 1. Juli 2022 in Kraft treten, aber aufgrund von Widerstand seitens der Dampfer und technischer Probleme im urspr\u00fcnglichen Gesetzesentwurf wurde es verschoben. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/vaping360.com\/vape-news\/113832\/dutch-flavor-ban-postponed-until-next-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">verschoben auf Ende dieses Jahres<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Das Gesundheitsministerium hat nun eine weitere Konsultation angek\u00fcndigt, die bis Ende September laufen wird.<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diese Konsultation dient dazu, Feedback zum Regulierungsvorschlag einzuholen, der aromatisierte E-Zigarettenprodukte weiter einschr\u00e4nken w\u00fcrde. Zu lange haben Gesetzgeber die Meinungen von Dampfern ignoriert, wodurch die einflussreichsten Stimmen \u2013 die der Konsumenten \u2013 und ihre pers\u00f6nlichen Erfahrungen ungeh\u00f6rt blieben. Nun haben die niederl\u00e4ndischen B\u00fcrgerinnen und B\u00fcrger die M\u00f6glichkeit, sich erneut zu Wort zu melden und etwas zu bewirken. Diese Chance m\u00fcssen wir nutzen, auch wenn die Politiker eigentlich von Anfang an h\u00e4tten zuh\u00f6ren sollen!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Beteiligen Sie sich am Konsultationsprozess und machen Sie Ihre Stimme h\u00f6rbar.
