MANILA, PHILIPPINEN, 28.07.2022 \u2013 Am Montag, dem 25. Juli, fand die sogenannte Das Vape-Gesetz wurde verabschiedet.<\/a>. Die Ma\u00dfnahme zielt darauf ab, die Einfuhr, Herstellung, den Verkauf, die Verpackung, den Vertrieb, die Verwendung und die Kommunikation von E-Zigaretten und Tabakerhitzern zu regulieren.<\/p>\n

Wichtig ist, dass der Gesetzentwurf Altersbeschr\u00e4nkungen \u00fcber 18 Jahren vorsieht, um sicherzustellen, dass erwachsene Raucher Zugang zu nicht-verbrennbaren Alternativen zum Rauchen haben.<\/p>\n

Liza Katsiashvili, Community Managerin der World Vapers' Alliance, sagte:<\/p>\n

\u201cW\u00e4hrend die meisten politischen Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger falsch informiert sind und gegen das Dampfen k\u00e4mpfen, haben die Philippinen den richtigen Weg eingeschlagen und das Dampfen als wirksame Innovation zur Schadensminderung und Lebensrettung anerkannt. Andere L\u00e4nder sollten diesem Beispiel folgen und intelligente Richtlinien f\u00fcr das Dampfen bef\u00fcrworten, um die \u00f6ffentliche Gesundheit von Millionen von Konsumenten weltweit zu verbessern.\u201d<\/p>\n

Das von Senator Ralph G. Recto eingebrachte Gesetz verdeutlicht, dass die Strategie der Schadensminderung mit dem Schwerpunkt auf der Raucherentw\u00f6hnung f\u00fcr erwachsene Konsumenten f\u00fcr den Staat oberste Priorit\u00e4t hat. Diese Erkl\u00e4rung ist ein gro\u00dfer Erfolg f\u00fcr die Dampfergemeinschaft auf den Philippinen.<\/p>\n

In den Philippinen sterben jedes Jahr fast 100.000 Raucher an den Folgen des Rauchens.<\/a> Die fortschrittliche Gesundheitspolitik, die auf einen sichereren Nikotinkonsum abzielt, bietet die Chance, die Krankheits- und Sterblichkeitsraten zu senken und damit die Lebensqualit\u00e4t von Tausenden von Menschen auf den Philippinen zu verbessern.<\/p>\n
