Die Empfehlung an die Regierung lautete: <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.health.belgium.be\/nl\/beter-vapen-dan-roken-maar-niet-zonder-risico\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ver\u00f6ffentlicht<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> gestern.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Michael Landl, Direktor der globalen Interessenvertretung f\u00fcr E-Zigaretten, World Vapers&#039; Alliance, kommentierte:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEs ist gro\u00dfartig, dass der Rat die Vorteile des Dampfens und seine Rolle bei der Raucherentw\u00f6hnung anerkennt. Dampfen gilt nachweislich als eine der erfolgreichsten Methoden zur Raucherentw\u00f6hnung. Nun muss Gesundheitsminister Frank Vandenbroucke diesem Beispiel folgen.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Bericht stellt fest, dass Dampfen \u201ceine bessere Alternative zum Rauchen darstellt und als Hilfsmittel zur Raucherentw\u00f6hnung eingesetzt werden kann\u201d. Daher sei es \u201ceine gute Idee, zun\u00e4chst von einer herk\u00f6mmlichen Zigarette auf eine E-Zigarette umzusteigen und idealerweise anschlie\u00dfend auch das Dampfen schrittweise einzustellen\u201d, so der Bericht. Er enth\u00e4lt zudem einige vage Empfehlungen zum Umgang mit Aromen in E-Zigaretten: Der Rat schl\u00e4gt vor, \u201cden aktuellen Markt f\u00fcr E-Liquids einzufrieren\u201d und \u201cdie Auswirkungen des Inhalierens der E-Liquids zu untersuchen\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLeider scheint der Rat den wichtigsten Punkt in Bezug auf Aromen zu \u00fcbersehen: Sie sind unerl\u00e4sslich f\u00fcr Dampfer und Raucher, die umsteigen m\u00f6chten. Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich ben\u00f6tigen wir Sicherheits- und Qualit\u00e4tskontrollen, aber wir d\u00fcrfen ein generelles Verbot von Aromen nicht zulassen. Dies w\u00fcrde Tausende von Dampfern zur\u00fcck zum Rauchen oder auf den Schwarzmarkt treiben. Somit w\u00fcrde es der \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheit schaden, anstatt sie zu verbessern.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es wird erwartet, dass der Gesundheitsminister in den kommenden Wochen auf die Empfehlungen reagieren wird.
