Dezember sagte die Kongressabgeordnete Mikie Sherrill aus New Jersey: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vapingpost.com\/2022\/01\/05\/us-new-bill-sets-in-place-regulations-for-synthetic-nicotine-in-2022\/\">eingef\u00fchrt<\/a> Der \u201eClarifying Authority Over Nicotine Act of 2021\u201c ist ein \u00fcberparteiliches Gesetz, das der US-amerikanischen Lebensmittel- und Arzneimittelbeh\u00f6rde (FDA) die Befugnis einr\u00e4umt, synthetische Nikotinprodukte analog zu Nikotinprodukten aus Tabak zu regulieren. Das neue Gesetz wurde am 15. M\u00e4rz verabschiedet und trat am 14.
