Liza Katsiashvili, Community Managerin der WVA, wird sich in den kommenden Monaten mit Teilnehmern der WVA Academy 2021 zusammensetzen, um \u00fcber das Dampfen, Aktivismus und dar\u00fcber zu sprechen, wie die WVA Academy einer neuen Generation von Bef\u00fcrwortern des Dampfens hilft, ihre Stimme zu erheben. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Diese Woche, Allison Boughner<\/a> Sie erz\u00e4hlt ihre Geschichte und wie sie anderen durch das Dampfen hilft, mit dem Rauchen aufzuh\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n

Was ist deine Geschichte zum Thema Dampfen?\u00a0<\/strong> Ich habe mit 16 angefangen zu rauchen, mit 30 rauchte ich eine Schachtel Zigaretten am Tag und bekam die Diagnose Blutgerinnsel. Mein H\u00e4matologe riet mir, mit dem Rauchen aufzuh\u00f6ren. Ich probierte Nikotinpflaster, -kaugummi und Chantix \u2013 alles ohne Erfolg. Meine Arbeitgeberin brachte mich auf die Idee mit dem Dampfen, weil es bei ihr und ihrem Mann so gut funktioniert hatte. Als ich zum ersten Mal eine E-Zigarette in die Hand nahm, rauchte ich zum letzten Mal eine Zigarette. Ich bin ges\u00fcnder, gl\u00fccklicher und mein Leben hat sich enorm verbessert, seit ich mich endlich vom Rauchen befreit habe. Acht Jahre rauchfrei \u2013 alles dank des Dampfens.<\/p>\n

Wie hat das Dampfen Ihr Leben ver\u00e4ndert? <\/strong>Ich kann problemlos atmen, mit meinem 14-j\u00e4hrigen Sohn mithalten, ohne zu erm\u00fcden, und hatte seit dem Umstieg vom Rauchen aufs Dampfen keinerlei gesundheitliche Probleme. Au\u00dferdem arbeite ich seit acht Jahren in der Branche und helfe anderen Rauchern beim Umstieg aufs Dampfen.<\/p>\n

Welche Erfahrungen haben Sie mit der WVA Academy gemacht? Was haben Sie gelernt? <\/strong>Ich habe gelernt, selbstbewusster auf Politiker und Gesetzgeber zuzugehen, um \u00fcber das Dampfen zu sprechen. Ich konnte mir auch ein Bild davon machen, wie die Stimmung zum Thema Dampfen in anderen Teilen der Welt ist. Ich habe viele tolle Menschen kennengelernt, die sich ebenfalls sehr f\u00fcr diese Branche eingesetzt haben. Das inspiriert mich ungemein und best\u00e4rkt mich darin, mich noch st\u00e4rker f\u00fcr die Rechte von Dampfern starkzumachen.<\/p>\n

Warum ist es Ihrer Meinung nach wichtig, sich f\u00fcr das Dampfen einzusetzen? <\/strong>Ganz einfach: Dampfen hat mir das Leben gerettet. Ich werde alles tun, um das Dampfen zu erhalten.
