Die Eingaben sollen der britischen Delegation bei der Konferenz der Vertragsparteien (COP9) des Rahmen\u00fcbereinkommens der Weltgesundheitsorganisation zur Eind\u00e4mmung des Tabakgebrauchs (FCTC) als Empfehlung dienen.
