Weltdampftag<\/a> indem man aufzeigt, wie viele Menschenleben dieser Ansatz kostet.<\/p>\n

\u201cDie WHO belehrt die Welt \u00fcber Nikotinsucht, w\u00e4hrend j\u00e4hrlich acht Millionen Menschen an den Folgen des Rauchens sterben. Alle L\u00e4nder, die den Tabakkonsum schnell reduzieren konnten, haben dies durch die F\u00f6rderung weniger sch\u00e4dlicher Alternativen erreicht. Die Antwort der WHO ist deren Einschr\u00e4nkung. Nach Jahrzehnten dieses Ansatzes rauchen immer noch 1,2 Milliarden Menschen.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Der Welttag des Dampfens 2026 steht unter dem Motto Ein Schalter \u2013 alle gewinnen.<\/em>. Wenn ein Raucher auf eine andere Marke umsteigt, ver\u00e4ndert sich nicht nur seine eigene Gesundheit. Passivrauchen erh\u00f6ht bei Kindern das Risiko f\u00fcr Asthma, Lungenentz\u00fcndung und Bronchitis. Rauchen in der Schwangerschaft f\u00fchrt zu niedrigem Geburtsgewicht, Fr\u00fchgeburten und Totgeburten. Kinder von Rauchern haben ein bis zu viermal h\u00f6heres Risiko, selbst regelm\u00e4\u00dfig zu rauchen. Ein einziger Schalter entfernt fast all das aus dem Haus.<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Der Wissenschaft<\/a> Es ist eindeutig: E-Zigaretten, Nikotinbeutel und Tabakerhitzer reduzieren die Belastung durch die f\u00fcr Raucher t\u00f6dlichen Chemikalien drastisch. Nikotin macht zwar s\u00fcchtig, ist aber nicht die Ursache von Raucherkrankheiten. Die eigentliche Gefahr liegt in der Verbrennung. Entf\u00e4llt der Rauch, ver\u00e4ndert sich das Risikoprofil drastisch.<\/p>\n

Das wissen die Verbraucher. Diese Woche gingen Dampfer und Bef\u00fcrworter der Schadensminimierung in Argentinien, Deutschland und S\u00fcdafrika auf die Stra\u00dfe, um vern\u00fcnftige Ma\u00dfnahmen zu fordern, die Rauchern echte Alternativen bieten, anstatt sie wieder zu Zigaretten zu treiben.<\/p>\n

Die Kampagne \u201eWeltrauchenstag 2026\u201c der WHO bezeichnet E-Zigaretten und Nikotinbeutel als Taktiken der Tabakindustrie, um eine neue Generation abh\u00e4ngig zu machen. Schweden, Gro\u00dfbritannien, Neuseeland, Tschechien und Griechenland hingegen \u2013 L\u00e4nder, die den Tabakkonsum weltweit am schnellsten reduziert haben \u2013 sehen darin Instrumente des \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheitswesens.<\/p>\n
