Februar 2026<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Die World Vapers&#039; Alliance (WVA) hat sich einer europaweiten Koalition von Verbrauchergruppen angeschlossen. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vejpkollen.se\/en\/2026\/02\/till-svenska-regeringen-sta-upp-for-folkhalsan-och-sag-nej-till-orimliga-nikotinskatter\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>offener Brief<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Wir fordern die schwedische Regierung auf, den j\u00fcngsten Entwurf der Neufassung der EU-Tabaksteuerrichtlinie (TED) mit ihrem Veto zu belegen. Februar 2026 vorbereitet, hat sich der Vorschlag zu einem Strafangriff auf Raucher entwickelt, die mit dem Rauchen aufh\u00f6ren wollen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/clearingtheair.eu\/en\/post\/exclusive-eu-puts-huge-vape-tax-increase-back-on-the-table\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">neueste durchgesickerte Vorschl\u00e4ge<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Der Vorschlag ignoriert Daten des \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheitswesens und verfolgt eine restriktive Finanzpolitik. Er stuft nicht-verbrennbare Produkte als \u201cintrinsisches Gesundheitsrisiko\u201d ein und propagiert die widerlegte Behauptung, sie seien ein Einstieg ins Rauchen. Besonders alarmierend ist die Erh\u00f6hung der vorgeschlagenen Mindeststeuer auf E-Liquids durch das Pr\u00e4sidialamt von 0,20 \u20ac auf 0,30 \u20ac pro ml \u2013 eine Steigerung um 501 % gegen\u00fcber dem urspr\u00fcnglichen Plan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Michael Landl, Direktor der WVA, erkl\u00e4rte:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b><i>\u201cDas ist ein fiskalischer Hinterhalt auf Millionen Ex-Raucher. Indem die EU die vorgeschlagene Mindeststeuer auf E-Liquids um weitere 501 \u00a3 erh\u00f6ht, stellt sie die Steuereinnahmen \u00fcber die Raucherentw\u00f6hnung. Das ist keine Gesundheitsstrategie, sondern ein verzweifelter Versuch, Dampfer wie einen staatlichen Geldautomaten zu behandeln.\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Entwurf ebnet zudem ausdr\u00fccklich den Weg f\u00fcr Mitgliedstaaten, bestimmte Produktkategorien wie Aromen unter dem Deckmantel nationaler Zust\u00e4ndigkeit zu verbieten. Diese extremen Steuererh\u00f6hungen und Verbote werden den Konsum nicht eind\u00e4mmen, sondern im Gegenteil den Schwarzmarkt ankurbeln und kriminelle Banden st\u00e4rken.
