Weitere Empfehlungen im Rahmen der sogenannten \u2018zukunftsorientierten Ma\u00dfnahmen\u2019 scheinen jedoch weiterhin strittige Punkte darzustellen.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Ma\u00dfnahmen zielen darauf ab, die bestehenden Beschr\u00e4nkungen f\u00fcr Nikotinprodukte auszuweiten und zu versch\u00e4rfen. Dazu geh\u00f6ren unter anderem Aromabeschr\u00e4nkungen und Steuererh\u00f6hungen. Das Ma\u00dfnahmenpaket spaltet die EU-Mitgliedstaaten: L\u00e4nder, die sich gegen strengere Regulierungen str\u00e4uben, verweigern die Zustimmung zu der umfassenderen Agenda.<\/p>\n<p>Michael Landl, Direktor der World Vapers&#039; Alliance, kommentierte:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEinige Mitgliedstaaten weigern sich, bei den \u2018zukunftsorientierten Ma\u00dfnahmen\u2019 nachzugeben, weil sie wissen, dass diese Ma\u00dfnahmen die Wahlm\u00f6glichkeiten der Verbraucher und den Markt f\u00fcr legitime Produkte noch weiter einschr\u00e4nken w\u00fcrden. Diese L\u00e4nder widerstehen dem Druck, verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfige und unbewiesene Ma\u00dfnahmen zu ergreifen.
