Ein solcher Ansatz hat verheerende Folgen: Weniger Menschen steigen auf weniger sch\u00e4dliche Alternativen um.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Mitverfasser des Artikels sind Michael Landl, Direktor der World Vapers&#039; Alliance, und Maria Chaplia, Forschungsleiterin beim Consumer Choice Center. Nikotin ist nicht das Hauptproblem beim Rauchen, sondern die Giftstoffe\u201c, empfehlen die Forscher den politischen Entscheidungstr\u00e4gern. \u201eDie Regulierung muss entsprechend dem tats\u00e4chlichen Risiko eines Produkts ausgearbeitet werden. Vaping oder Snus sind weniger sch\u00e4dlich als Rauchen und m\u00fcssen daher anders behandelt werden. Nikotin wird nicht zum Gift, wenn es durch Vaping zugef\u00fchrt wird. Wenn es um Sucht geht, sollte die \u00f6ffentliche Gesundheitspolitik nicht eine einzelne Substanz herausheben.
