Allerdings f\u00fchren Steuererh\u00f6hungen auf E-Zigarettenprodukte h\u00e4ufig zu unbeabsichtigten Folgen. Zahlreiche Studien haben gezeigt, dass viele Konsumenten bei steigenden Preisen f\u00fcr E-Liquids\u2026, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/full\/10.1111\/add.16002\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">insbesondere junge Erwachsene<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, wieder auf herk\u00f6mmliche Zigaretten umsteigen. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/36103752\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kreuzpreiseffekt<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> untergr\u00e4bt die Bem\u00fchungen im Bereich der \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheit, indem die Raucherquote steigt, anstatt zu sinken.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Michael Landl, Direktor der World Vapers&#039; Alliance, betonte: \u2019Die Besteuerung muss dem Risiko der Produkte angemessen sein. Dampfen ist deutlich weniger sch\u00e4dlich als Rauchen, dennoch behandelt diese Steuer es gleich und gef\u00e4hrdet damit die \u00f6ffentliche Gesundheit.\u201c. <\/span><b>Raucher sollten Anreize zum Umstieg erhalten und nicht durch h\u00f6here Preise wieder zu Zigaretten zur\u00fcckgedr\u00e4ngt werden.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Studien zeigen au\u00dferdem, dass h\u00f6here Steuern auf weniger sch\u00e4dliche Nikotinprodukte Raucher vom Umstieg abhalten \u2013 ein Problem, das insbesondere Menschen mit niedrigem und mittlerem Einkommen betrifft. Viele Konsumenten wiederum reagieren auf steigende Kosten f\u00fcr E-Zigaretten anders. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/scholars.uky.edu\/en\/publications\/intended-and-unintended-effects-of-e-cigarette-taxes-on-youth-tob\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">zum Rauchen wechseln<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, und kehrt damit die positiven gesundheitlichen Ergebnisse um, die in L\u00e4ndern wie Gro\u00dfbritannien und Schweden mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Schadensminderung beobachtet wurden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alberto G\u00f3mez Hern\u00e1ndez, Policy Manager der World Vapers&#039; Alliance, f\u00fcgte hinzu: \u2019<\/span><b>Die Besteuerung weniger sch\u00e4dlicher Alternativen zu erh\u00f6hen, ist kontraproduktiv.
