Zu den Interventionen geh\u00f6ren verhaltensbezogene Unterst\u00fctzung durch Gesundheitsdienstleister, digitale Entw\u00f6hnungsinterventionen und pharmakologische Behandlungen in einer ersten Leitlinie zur Tabakentw\u00f6hnung.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die WHO empfiehlt Vareniclin, Nikotinersatztherapie (NRT), Bupropion und Cytisin als wirksame Behandlungsmethoden zur Tabakentw\u00f6hnung. Obwohl diese Leitlinie einen Wendepunkt f\u00fcr die \u00f6ffentliche Gesundheit darstellt, verdeutlicht sie gleichzeitig die gravierenden finanziellen Schwierigkeiten, mit denen Raucher in Subsahara-Afrika konfrontiert sind.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Die Krise der Bezahlbarkeit in Afrika<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trotz der potenziellen Vorteile dieser Leitlinien sieht die Realit\u00e4t f\u00fcr 77 Millionen erwachsene Raucher in Subsahara-Afrika d\u00fcster aus. In vielen afrikanischen L\u00e4ndern sind die Gesundheitssysteme bereits stark \u00fcberlastet, und es stehen nur begrenzte Ressourcen f\u00fcr Pr\u00e4ventionsma\u00dfnahmen zur Verf\u00fcgung.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die hohen Kosten f\u00fcr Raucherentw\u00f6hnungstherapien versch\u00e4rfen diese Herausforderungen zus\u00e4tzlich und lassen vielen Rauchern keine praktikablen M\u00f6glichkeiten, mit dem Rauchen aufzuh\u00f6ren.
