Die \u00c4nderung verbietet das Rauchen und Dampfen in der N\u00e4he anderer Personen im Freien ohne deren ausdr\u00fcckliche Zustimmung, sofern der Abstand weniger als f\u00fcnf Meter betr\u00e4gt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Michael Landl, Direktor der World Vapers&#039; Alliance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, erkl\u00e4rte, dass diese Ma\u00dfnahme der Bev\u00f6lkerung tats\u00e4chlich schaden und sie nicht sch\u00fctzen werde und zudem nicht durchsetzbar sei:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEs gibt keine wissenschaftliche Grundlage f\u00fcr \u2018passives Dampfen\u2019, weshalb ein Verbot des Dampfens im Freien aus Gr\u00fcnden des Gesundheitsschutzes v\u00f6llig unlogisch ist. Die Gleichsetzung von Dampfen mit Rauchen verst\u00e4rkt lediglich die falsche Annahme, dass beide \u00e4hnliche Risiken bergen, und h\u00e4lt Raucher davon ab, auf eine weniger sch\u00e4dliche Alternative umzusteigen. Wie lie\u00dfe sich eine solche 5-Meter-Regel \u00fcberhaupt durchsetzen? Das ist nichts weiter als ein schlecht durchdachter PR-Gag des Stadtrats, der schwerwiegende negative Folgen haben k\u00f6nnte.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Alberto G\u00f3mez Hern\u00e1ndez, Policy Manager der World Vapers&#039; Alliance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> hinzugef\u00fcgt:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEs ist v\u00f6llig absurd, Dampfen und Rauchen gleichzusetzen, insbesondere im Hinblick auf die Regulierung rauchfreier Zonen und Au\u00dfenbereiche. W\u00e4hrend der Rauch herk\u00f6mmlicher Zigaretten die Menschen in der N\u00e4he des Rauchers sch\u00e4digt, ist der Dampf von E-Zigaretten f\u00fcr die Umgebung des Dampfers praktisch harmlos.
