W\u00e4hrend bereits vern\u00fcnftige Vorschriften f\u00fcr E-Zigaretten existierten, geht die portugiesische Regierung mit den neu vorgeschlagenen Beschr\u00e4nkungen m\u00f6glicherweise einen Schritt zu weit.<\/h4>\n

Der neuer Gesetzesentwurf<\/a> Der Gesetzentwurf Nr. 88\/XV zielt darauf ab, die Bestimmungen f\u00fcr rauchfreie Zonen auf E-Zigaretten auszuweiten und somit das Dampfen in Au\u00dfenbereichen zu verbieten, in denen Rauchen ohnehin nicht gestattet ist. Experten f\u00fcr Tabakschadensminimierung argumentieren, dass solche Ma\u00dfnahmen die Bem\u00fchungen ehemaliger Raucher untergraben, die auf E-Zigaretten umgestiegen sind, um mit dem Rauchen aufzuh\u00f6ren. Der Gesetzentwurf sieht au\u00dferdem strengere Vorschriften f\u00fcr den Verkauf von E-Zigaretten vor, einschlie\u00dflich eines Verbots des Online-Verkaufs.<\/p>\n

A GSTHR<\/a> Laut einer Faktenseite gibt es in Portugal etwa 8.300 Dampfer. Nikotinhaltige E-Zigaretten waren bisher legal, was zu einer Pr\u00e4valenz von 0,091 TP4T unter Erwachsenen f\u00fchrte. Die Produkte waren bereits reguliert: Der Verkauf war auf Personen ab 18 Jahren beschr\u00e4nkt, die Verpackung musste gesundheitsbezogene Warnhinweise enthalten und bestimmte Anforderungen hinsichtlich des Nikotingehalts erf\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n

Obwohl E-Zigaretten rezeptfrei erh\u00e4ltlich sind, gibt es bereits Einschr\u00e4nkungen f\u00fcr deren Nutzung im \u00f6ffentlichen Raum. Das Dampfen in \u00f6ffentlichen Innenr\u00e4umen und bestimmten Au\u00dfenbereichen ist verboten, um Nicht-Nutzer vor Passivdampf zu sch\u00fctzen.
